Chairs and Academic Administrators Management Program
The Chairs & Academic Administrators Management Program (CAAMP) is an interprofessional program designed for participants to master a variety of skills, strengthen their leadership and management competencies, and learn about themselves and their abilities through a series of online and onsite assessments. CAAMP provides leadership development through presentations, group discussions, case studies, role-playing, and practical, hands-on, interactive experiences. By the conclusion of the program, participants will developed action plans to use the lessons from CAAMP at their home institutions.
CAAMP will be conducted on July 28-30, 2025 in the American Management Association building on 1170 Peachtree Street N.E., 3rd Floor, Atlanta, GA 30309.

Book your hotel reservation. AAL does not arrange hotel accommodations. There are a variety of accommodation options in the midtown Atlanta area. Select the appropriate location best for you. Note: AMA has negotiated preferred rates at select hotels based upon availability. You may contact the hotels directly and mention that you are an AMA conference attendee to secure your reservation and preferred rates. We recommend making reservations early, as the number of rooms at preferred rates is limited.
In the month leading up to the start of the program, additional preparation instructions and a detailed agenda with assignments will be released for review.
